How to send a flyer through Peachjar
Conway Public Schools appreciates our community partners and we would love to help you spread the word about programs and events happening throughout our community.
We use our online Flyer Management company called “Peachjar” to send out information to our parents once a week about all approved community events on ONE email.
We have had a lot of success with Peachjar- it is a great way to reach MORE staff and/or parents because they now have one place to look to find information about things happening in the community.
Here’s how it works:
Peachjar sends school-approved digital flyers directly to people’s inboxes. This way, they can easily find and view flyers and take action immediately to sign up for activities and events.
Community Organizations set up an account with Peachjar. Some local, not-for-profit community organizations may post their flyers for free, (Those guidelines are here.) but Peachjar charges other agencies a small fee for posting flyers. Paper flyers are not distributed and individual emails are not forwarded by the district.
All you need to do is register with Peachjar as a "Program Provider" and upload your flyer for distribution. You can choose one particular school as your group or all of the elementary schools, or even all or staff and it will go to all 1100 or so of our employees. In your account, you will also have the ability to view flyer metrics to monitor your flyer campaigns!
After your flyer has been submitted through Peachjar, it will be routed automatically to the school district office for approval, then emailed as a visually engaging, full-color image to all district employees.
So all you need to do is set up an account and upload your flyer and you’ll be good to go! You can do this anytime with any event.
