Medical Homebound Services
The Conway Public School District offers educational support to students who are unable to attend school due to a documented medical condition for a specified period of time. Official documentation from a licensed healthcare provider is required to be eligible for these services, and the services are intended to be temporary in nature. Parents/guardians should fill out the form located at the following link and submit it to the Conway Public School Administration Office:
